The Bloom Institute for Intergenerational Impact was founded in 2023 as “The Postpartum Institute”. Fortunately, our founder couldn’t sleep at night in thinking about all of the “other” caregiving bodies who would benefit from holistic and heart-centered education, training and support. While our vision expanded, our mission is the same.

The way we tend to our caregiving bodies ripples out; impacts generations.

Jennifer Magnano | Jennifer is the founder of The Bloom Institute and a spiritual and mental wellness activist, serving mothers, women and families (including her own) in all shapes and forms as an Ayurvedic postpartum specialist, grief doula, integrative life coach, birth and postpartum mentor, soul tender, and conscious parent of two thriving tween/teens since 2010.

Throughout the span of her career, Jennifer has spent thousands of hours holding sacred the experiences that change us and the ways that we move through the world. Over the years, she has worked for a wide range of organizations advocating for the highest and best for caregiving bodies. Jennifer’s expertise includes Ayurvedic, trauma-sensitive and somatic-based physical and spiritual care for maternal-child mental health, grief, loss, complex trauma, chronic pain and illness, cancer, and addiction recovery. She is a second generation family homeopathy and herbalist, and a student of interfaith spirituality and contemplative practice.
